Mr. Aleksei Panov is a senior Geology professional with over 9 years progressive experience across exploration and mining with considerable technical and personnel management experience in Bauxite mining operation and project development. Additionally he has acquired multi-disciplinary technical and management roles with global experience especially in West Africa. Aleksei holds a Master and Bachelor degree in Geology from Moscow State University and he is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Sierra Mineral Holdings I.
