With over three decades of global experience in the maritime industry, he has built a strong
foundation in ship operations, maintenance, and port engineering systems. His technical expertise
stems from a solid academic background in Marine Engineering, having graduated from South
Tyneside College, UK.

To strengthen his leadership capacity in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
within an ever-evolving maritime sector, he pursued a master’s degree in project management at
the University of Salford, Manchester UK. Throughout his career, he was privileged to serve in senior
management roles with renowned international companies in the UK, Qatar and the Netherlands.

Currently, he serves as the Acting Port Manager at SMHL.
